Shipping Fees
Our shopping cart will automatically compute your shipping costs. The actual shipping cost is based on the product weight and the number of items ordered. We have found that this is the most accurate and fair way of computing the shipping charges. You will probably find that our shipping costs are much lower than our competitors.
Free Shipping
Free Shipping Orders will use the most cost effective method. Generally, this is U.S. Postal service Priority Mail. Please provide an address that has a mail receptacle or P.O. Box, and also note it in the comment portion of your order.
Carrier
We will ship your order via UPS. You may select ground shipping for the best rate, or you may select faster shipping for an additional fee. You will be shown the exact shipping charges for each of the available options for shipping your order before you complete the checkout process.
When We Ship
Orders for in stock items received before 2:00 PM Eastern time on any business day will be shipped the same day. This excludes weekends and most major holidays. All other orders for in-stock items will be shipped the following business day.
Most items will ship from our Eastern Warehouse. If that warehouse does not have sufficient stock to fill your order we may choose to ship from our Western Warehouse. If an item is not in stock, or we are otherwise unable to ship an item, we will notify you by email or telephone within 1 business day.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from UPS with your tracking number and expected date of arrival.
